01. How do I order?

In order to make a purchase on humbleunderwear.com you must follow these 

5 steps.

- Select item and checkout.

- Enter Detail.

- Choose Shipping/payment method.

- Check that all information is correct on the landing page and authorise the purchase.

2. How do I pay?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard and all major Debit Card or simply with PayPal.

3. When do you debit the money?

We debit the money right on completion of your order.

4. What will I pay for Postage?

Postage prices are listed under the heading "Postage and Shipping" when you are checking out.

5. Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to all countries; you can find the list of countries under the heading "Postage and Shipping".

If your country is not on the list, please contact us.

6. Will I pay customs duty on the       items?

Humble Underwear takes no responsibilities for Tax or Duty charges in your home country. 

Tax and Customs duty rules differ from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local customs authorities.

7. What is the delivery time?

We dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days from placing the order.

A longer delivery time can arise if an item is not in the warehouse at the time the order is placed.

8. Can I change my order?

If your order has not been dispatched you must contact us as quickly as possible, then we will try to help.

9. An error has occurred, what     should I do?
